Further records of aromatherapy applications + 相关顿悟 in life:


(i) Eyelid had slight itchiness on one occasion. Applied Lavender Hydrosol with cotton pad on the eyelid gently, and an immediate soothing effect was felt.


As mentioned in [1], both Lavender and German Chamomile Hydrosols are great options for helping to soothe itchiness and inflammation. It is simply one's personal preference or intuitive feel with which one to use at that instant, and also which one they have with them then.



(ii) Felt some aches in the biceps after carrying boxes around during moving. Massaged Body Oil (Lavender + Helichrysum) to those areas 1-2 times a day where needed, and aches sensation gradually soothed.


Already finished using the one made in [2] and made a new one. This time trialled a different ratio of the carrier oils used and had some new discoveries and learnings...

  • 和植物的高频共振

  • 调动内在某些元素、特质并与精油、植物的那些元素、特质共振
